Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sri Kumaran Groups, we manufacture and supply furniture based on customer requirements. As most of our products are made-to-order, this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations and refunds are handled.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before production has started:

  • Free Cancellation: Within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Partial Deduction: If raw materials have already been procured.
  • No Cancellation: Once production has started.
  • No Cancellation: For customized or bulk orders already in progress.

Since most products are customized or manufactured in bulk, cancellations may not always be possible.

Order Modification

Changes to design, quantity, or specifications must be requested before production begins. Modifications after production starts may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.

Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed under the following conditions:

  • If the order is cancelled within the allowed cancellation period
  • If the company is unable to fulfill the order
  • If there is a confirmed manufacturing defect (subject to verification)

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Conditions
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Bulk orders once production has started
  • Orders delayed due to customer-side issues (approval delays, site readiness, etc.)
  • Minor variations in design, colour, or finish that are within acceptable tolerance
Delivery & Damage Policy

Customers are requested to inspect all products at the time of delivery. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper photographic proof.

We will review the issue and provide repair, replacement, or partial resolution as appropriate.

Delays & Liability

Delivery timelines may vary due to raw material availability, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. Sri Kumaran Groups is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
