At Sri Kumaran Groups, we manufacture and supply furniture based on customer requirements. As most of our products are made-to-order, this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations and refunds are handled.
Orders can be cancelled only before production has started:
Since most products are customized or manufactured in bulk, cancellations may not always be possible.
Changes to design, quantity, or specifications must be requested before production begins. Modifications after production starts may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed under the following conditions:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Customers are requested to inspect all products at the time of delivery. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper photographic proof.
We will review the issue and provide repair, replacement, or partial resolution as appropriate.
Delivery timelines may vary due to raw material availability, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. Sri Kumaran Groups is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
