Pricing Policy

Final pricing will be confirmed via call, email, or WhatsApp.

Product Specifications

• All products are manufactured as per agreed specifications.
• Minor variations in colour, finish, or design may occur.
• Product images on the website are for reference only.

Production & Delivery

• Production timelines depend on order size and customization complexity.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary.
• Delays may occur due to material availability or logistics beyond our control.

Payments

• Advance payment may be required to confirm orders.
• Balance payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please refer to the full Refund Policy for details.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate order details and delivery location.
• Ensure site readiness for delivery and installation (if applicable).
• Inspect all products at the time of delivery and report issues immediately.

Warranty & Liability

Sri Kumaran Groups is not responsible for:

• Damage due to improper handling or misuse after delivery
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Delays caused by external factors beyond our control

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
